A clear path from problem to part

How it works.

You don’t need a finished drawing or perfect measurements. Start with the problem. We’ll help define the rest.

  1. 01

    Show us the problem

Send photos, a sketch, measurements, CAD, or the broken part—and tell us what it needs to do.

  2. 02

    We design the solution

We assess fit, forces, environment, material, and manufacturability, then provide a clear quote.

  3. 03

    Review & refine

We confirm critical details and, when needed, prototype to validate the fit before final production.

  4. 04

    Built & delivered

Your part is produced, quality checked, and shipped with practical guidance for use or installation.

The BuildWorks standard

Useful. Thoughtful.
Built to last.

Every job starts with the same question: what does success look like in the real world? That means choosing geometry, materials, and tolerances for how a part will actually be handled, loaded, heated, weathered, or installed.

About Cascade BuildWorks

Built for people who would rather fix it right.

Cascade BuildWorks is a precision custom-parts studio focused on useful solutions. We combine practical design thinking, modern manufacturing, and a maker’s persistence to solve the small physical problems that large manufacturers overlook.

From a discontinued clip to a one-off equipment bracket, the goal is the same: understand the need, make it fit, and build it to work.

What can we
build for you?

Share the problem, not a perfect specification. We’ll reply with questions, options, and the clearest next step.

Good questions

Before we get
to work.

What do you need to quote a custom part?

Send whatever you have: clear photos, rough measurements, a sketch, the broken part, or a CAD file. We’ll identify what is missing and guide the next step.

Is every part 3D printed?

No. We choose the process around the problem. Additive manufacturing is often ideal for custom geometry and low-volume production, but the finished solution—not the machine—is the focus.

Can you reproduce a discontinued part?

Often, yes. If you have the original part or accurate reference measurements, we can evaluate it for reverse engineering and practical replacement.

What materials do you use?

Material selection depends on heat, weather, impact, flex, chemicals, and loading. We’ll recommend an option based on the part’s actual environment.

Do you ship?

Yes. Standard products can be ordered through Etsy, and shipping for custom work is confirmed with your quote.
